Capabilities
Four ways to get a part made
One studio, four processes. Whichever suits the part, it is dimensionally inspected before it leaves the building.
-
FDM 3D printing
Functional parts, jigs, enclosures, and larger volumes in engineering plastics — PLA, ABS, PETG, ASA, TPU, PC and more.
- Layer
- 0.1 mm onwards
- Tolerance
- ±0.2 mm†
- Max build
- 420 × 420 × 500 mm
-
SLA / MSLA resin
Fine detail and smooth surfaces for small parts. Standard, ABS-like, flexible, and transparent resins.
- Layer
- 0.025 – 0.2 mm
- Tolerance
- ±0.1 mm†
- Max build
- 330 × 185 × 400 mm
-
CAD services
Design, modelling, and design-for-manufacture in SolidWorks, Fusion 360, and NX Siemens. DFM review and full GD&T stack.
- Exports
- STEP, IGES, STL, DXF
- Included
- DFM report
-
CNC prototyping
Milling and turning in metals and plastics. Structural, functional, and end-use parts.

† Achievable tolerance; varies with geometry, material, and part size.
How it works
Three steps, every job
Feasibility is checked before anything is printed — not after a failed prototype.
-
01
Briefing & Scoping
Honest feedback on feasibility, material, and cost. DFM issues are flagged before printing starts, not after. 48-hour response, NDA available, no obligation.
-
02
Design & Modelling
A sketch, photo, or rough dimensions become a parametric CAD model. Existing files are reviewed for printability and tolerances. You receive native CAD, STEP/IGES exports, drawings, and a DFM report — whether or not you print with us.
-
03
Print, Inspect & Deliver
Every part is dimensionally inspected before it leaves the building. Not sampled — every one. A printed inspection report ships with the order.
