9.2 If marketing communications are introduced in the future, they will only be sent where legally permitted, including in accordance with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth), and where appropriate consent has been obtained. Any such communications will include a functional unsubscribe facility.

10. Access, Correction and Deletion

10.1 You may request:

(a) access to the personal information we hold about you;

(b) correction of personal information that is inaccurate, out of date or incomplete; and

(c) deletion of personal information or stored files.

10.2 Requests may be made using the contact details in clause 13. We will respond within a reasonable period.

10.3 We may decline a deletion request where retention of the relevant information is required for legal, accounting or operational purposes. If we decline a request, we will inform you of the reason.
